About Intercoastal Wine Company
Intercoastal Wine Company is a family winery run by the Spaletta family, farmers first, whose signature S logo is drawn from the curving waterways that wind through their vineyards. Their trademarked motto, Embrace Every Moment, appears on every bottle.
The wines are made from hand-picked fruit certified sustainable through LODI RULES and sourced from Napa Valley, Lodi, and Clarksburg. Proprietor Rachele Spaletta, a UC Davis graduate, leads sales and marketing, while winemaker Mindy Wendell, also a UC Davis enology graduate, focuses on smaller-batch, craftier production. The lineup is award-winning and includes distinctive bottlings like a Rose of Pinotage and a Pinotage Bianco.
The tasting room hosts a lively events calendar, from crab feeds to sip-and-shop evenings, and pairs its wines with charcuterie in a welcoming setting.
