About Iron Hub Winery
Iron Hub is a veteran winemaker's homecoming: Tom Jones, who built his reputation over long years at El Dorado's Lava Cap, and his wife Beth took over a hilltop Shenandoah Valley property and made it their own estate, pouring precise Zinfandel, Barbera and whites with one of Plymouth's best valley views.
The experienced hand shows in wines cleaner and fresher than the old Amador norm. A craftsman's second act.
