About Jack Creek Cellars
Jack Creek is a small, family-run vineyard and winery in the cool Templeton Gap of west-side Paso Robles, where Doug and Sabrina Kruse planted their estate in the late 1990s. Just a few miles from the coast, foggy mornings and afternoon ocean breezes create an unusually cool microclimate, ideal for the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that are the couple's passion, along with estate Syrah and Grenache.
Everything is estate-grown, hand-tended, and made in limited quantities, and the tasting room reflects that personal scale: warm, down-to-earth, and welcoming, in a pretty hillside setting. For Pinot lovers looking for a genuine boutique experience away from the crowds, it is one of Paso's quiet gems.
