Jackson Hole Winery's Town Square tasting room is the most accessible way for many visitors to experience a Wyoming-produced wine brand without leaving the center of Jackson. The winery was founded in 2009 and released its first Chardonnay and Rendezvous Red in 2011. Jackson's climate is too severe for conventional wine-grape farming, so the winery's model is intentionally different from an estate vineyard: fruit is sourced from established grape-growing regions and the wine is made, aged and finished in Jackson.
