About Junius Lindsay Vineyard
Junius Lindsay Vineyard is a boutique winery in the Yadkin Valley named after a 19th-century Davidson County farmer who grew grapes on this same land over 150 years ago. The estate carries forward that historical connection with estate-grown wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Viognier, and Chardonnay cultivated on the red clay soils of the North Carolina Piedmont.
The tasting room offers an intimate, farm-like setting surrounded by vineyards and countryside. Junius Lindsay has earned a reputation for wines that showcase the potential of the Yadkin Valley for serious vinifera production, and the winery's personal attention and historical roots make it a rewarding discovery for visitors exploring North Carolina wine country.
