About Kenneth Volk Vineyards
Kenneth Volk Vineyards is the personal label of Ken Volk, a well-known Central Coast figure who founded Wild Horse Winery before starting this project. Based in the Santa Maria Valley, Volk is a passionate champion of heirloom and heritage grape varieties, growing and bottling unusual grapes like Cabernet Pfeffer and Negrette alongside excellent Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Zinfandel.
That curiosity is the reason to visit: few places offer the chance to taste so many rare, characterful varieties made with real craft, guided by one of the region's most experienced winemakers.
