About Lorimar Winery
Lorimar is a lively Temecula Valley winery built around a fusion of wine, live music, art, and food. Founded by brothers-in-law Lawrie Lipton and Mark Manfield (the name combines theirs), it opened its Tuscan-style Wine Country home in 2012, set among vineyards and orange groves with views toward Mount Palomar.
The draw is the whole sensory experience: approachable, fruit-forward wines like Zinfandel and GSM, gourmet food, art galleries, and live music seven days a week, with the winery becoming a 21-and-over venue on weekend evenings. For a social, entertainment-forward afternoon or evening in Temecula, it is a reliable good time.
