Muccigrosso Vineyards is on Bear Creek Road in the Los Gatos hills, the same climbing road that carries Byington and David Bruce, deep in the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA.
Unlike its Bear Creek neighbours it keeps no public tasting room. The Wines of the Santa Cruz Mountains association lists it as not open to the public, so plan the road for the other stops and reach Muccigrosso by phone or through its website.
