Passalacqua restores a founding Healdsburg name: the family label revives one of Dry Creek's original Italian farming dynasties, pouring estate Zinfandel and Cabernet from a redwood-shaded terrace above the valley floor with the ease of people whose name is on the local bridge.
The terrace, among Dry Creek's loveliest perches, makes the history easy to absorb slowly. A name the valley already knew.
