Piccione brings the operating room's precision to Ronda: Dr. Bill Piccione, a cardiac surgeon, planted the Swan Creek hills with Italian varieties, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Fiano, surgeon-exacting farming and family-name pride building the hilltop's serious Italian case.
