Prejean carries Cajun warmth to Seneca's west shore: the family estate, founded 1985 with Louisiana roots in the name, built a Gewurztraminer reputation among the region's best, poured lakeside with gumbo-weekend hospitality. Tastings pour daily on the west shore with lake views the length of the room, and the Gewurztraminer sells out with regularity.
