Saltwater Farm pours from a 1930s airplane hangar on Stonington's tidal marshes: the restored WWII-era airfield became one of New England's most striking wineries, estate vines running to the salt water and the soaring hangar hosting tastings and coveted weddings. Maritime-cooled estate whites and the runway-turned-vineyard setting make it Connecticut's most photographed pour. Aviation bones, tidewater terroir.
