Saluti is Somerset's fairy-tale ranch: a Grizzly Flat Road estate where Tina and Randy built a destination combining winery, hilltop wedding venue, bed-and-breakfast lodging, wood-fired pizza and a menagerie headlined by Highland cattle and horses, with mountain views wrapping the whole production.
