About Sandhi Wines
Sandhi is the Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay and Pinot Noir project of sommelier-legend Rajat Parr and winemaker Sashi Moorman, founded to prove California could speak in a Burgundian register: lower alcohol, native ferments, neutral oak and site above all. The name is Sanskrit for collaboration.
Sandhi's whites in particular reframed expectations for California Chardonnay, all tension and salinity, and the project's sibling, Domaine de la Cote, carries the same philosophy into estate Pinot. A manifesto that tastes delicious.
