About Standing Stone Vineyards
Standing Stone holds some of the region's most historic ground: its Seneca east-side vines include blocks from the pioneering 1970s plantings, and under Hermann J. Wiemer's ownership the estate's old-vine Saperavi and Rieslings receive that house's meticulous farming. On the east side of Seneca Lake, Standing Stone offers a beautiful deck overlooking the vineyards and the lake, one of the most scenic stops on the Seneca trail.
