About Therein Wine
Therein Wine is the natural-wine project of James and Melissa Priest, the founders of the acclaimed Referend Bier Blendery, who brought their spontaneous-fermentation expertise to a small Lehigh Valley vineyard in Kutztown. Early releases like a skin-contact Albarino have already drawn praise from Philadelphia's top sommeliers.
The rustic on-site Cellar Bar pours Therein wines alongside Referend blends in a relaxed farmhouse setting. For natural wine lovers, it is one of the most exciting young projects in the Mid-Atlantic.
