Thirsty Owl settled Cayuga's storied ground: the Ovid estate occupies part of the historic Plane's vineyard site, pouring award-winning dry Riesling and Lemberger beside a lakeside bistro with some of the trail's closest water access. Thirsty Owl sits along Cayuga Lake, pairing award-winning wines and a gourmet menu with lake views from its bustling tasting room. This winery is a member of the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, the oldest wine trail in the United States.
Lawn-to-lake ease and consistent medals made the owl a west-shore staple. Wisdom, thirst, both served.
