About Trinité Estate
Trinite is Champagne aristocracy planted in Chalk Hill: the Gonet-Medeville family, generations deep in Champagne and Bordeaux, created their Sonoma estate and its flagship Acaibo blend to prove French patience translates, farming three varieties for one uncompromising wine. A second wine broadens the reach, but Acaibo remains the estate's entire thesis, released only when the family judges it ready.
