Victory View grows the battlefield's grapes: the Schaghticoke vineyard, named for the Saratoga campaign country it surveys, farms cold-hardy Marquette, La Crescent and kin into estate wines with grower-first seriousness. Tastings pour weekend afternoons at the farm, and the battlefield-country drive from Saratoga adds history to the errand.
