About Wayvine
Wayvine is the Wentz brothers' Nottingham estate: the family farm's vinifera rows produce estate-only, dry-leaning wines, Gruner to Bordeaux blends, that earned the young southern-Chester label trade attention beyond its size. Tastings pour weekend hours at the farm, and the small production sells through the room before it travels far.
Estate purism and brotherly craft built serious-list standing. The farm, entirely.
Wayvine is a true estate operation run by brothers Zach and James Wilson - every grape grown, harvested, and bottled on the Nottingham farm, low-intervention throughout. The restored barn tasting room anchors a working farm with live music and wood-fired pizza nights, the team also runs Tulip Pasta and Wine Bar in Philadelphia, and a partner farm-stay next door puts miles of hiking trails at the door.
