Acquilano Wine Cellars is a small farm winery working sustainably in both the vineyard and the cellar to keep its environmental footprint low. Wines are aged underground, using the natural cooling and steady temperature the ground provides rather than mechanical climate control.

The approach pairs old world technique with current winemaking knowledge, aiming for wines that show clear varietal character and a sense of where the fruit was grown. The tasting room sits on South Main Street in downtown Canandaigua.
