Ayoub Wines is a small luxury estate in the Dundee Hills founded by Mo Ayoub, who transformed a hillside property into one of the AVA's most acclaimed boutique Pinot Noir producers. Production is tiny and allocated, with wines regularly earning critical scores that rival Oregon's most famous names.
