About Ayoub Wines
Ayoub Wines is a small luxury estate in the Dundee Hills founded by Mo Ayoub, who transformed a hillside property into one of the AVA's most acclaimed boutique Pinot Noir producers. Production is tiny and allocated, with wines regularly earning critical scores that rival Oregon's most famous names.
Tastings are private, seated affairs at Mo's home overlooking the vineyard, complete with sweeping valley views and the founder's own storytelling. It is an insider's stop that serious collectors seek out for both the wines and the singular hospitality.
