Beaver Creek Vineyards farms biodynamically on Highway 29 outside Middletown, in the volcanic hills of southern Lake County.
Winemaker Martin Pohl works organically and biodynamically, and the tasting room keeps real weekend hours: Friday evenings 3 to 9, Saturday 12 to 6 and Sunday 12 to 5, with dogs welcome inside.
