Big Cork made Rohrersville a destination: Randy Thompson's Pleasant Valley estate hired Dave Collins from Virginia's Breaux to build a modern flagship, Russian Kiss and estate vinifera pouring in a glass-and-timber pavilion that put Washington County on the state's serious map.
