About Brecon Estate
Brecon Estate is a boutique winery tucked into the rugged Adelaida District hills on the west side of Paso Robles, run by Damian and Amanda Grindley. Named for the Brecon region of Wales, a nod to Damian's roots, it focuses on small-lot, hand-crafted wines made with a light-touch, minimal-intervention approach, and has earned a strong following for its Cabernet Sauvignon and its distinctive Albarino.
The setting is serene and intimate, a quiet, personal alternative to Paso's busier tasting rooms, where the focus stays on the wines and the people making them. For visitors chasing small-production, character-driven bottlings off the beaten path, Brecon is a rewarding find in the high limestone country west of town.
