About Cairjn Wine Cellars
Cairjn Wine Cellars (pronounced "karn") is a small, family-minded Paso Robles winery founded by winemaker Andy Neja, a veteran who has worked nearly every job in the wine trade, from farming and production to hospitality and retail. The name comes from cairn, a heap of stones stacked as a landmark, a nod to Neja's family farming legacy and to the limestone-rich terrain of the Paso Robles west side.
The winery sources fruit from vineyards on the westside of Paso Robles, producing a small annual output of roughly 800 to 850 cases with a focus on quality and sustainability. The portfolio spans Rhone and Bordeaux styles and other varieties expressive of west-Paso terroir.
Cairjn's tasting room is located at 2323 Tuley Road in the Tin City district of Paso Robles and is generally open daily by appointment, with reservations recommended. Because it is a small operation, it is best to book ahead and confirm current hours before visiting.
