About Caelesta Wines, Vineyard & Truffière
Caelesta is El Pomar's most original estate: the Farrel family, Brian Sr. and Brian Jr., pair their vineyard with a working truffiere, an inoculated oak orchard where winter truffle hunts with trained dogs Lolo and Alana precede pizza-and-wine pairings back at the tasting room.
