Chaix Wines is a small-production St. Helena winery focused on Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc from select Napa Valley and Northern California vineyards. The label takes a quality-first approach, sourcing from growers who farm to exacting standards and producing wines in quantities small enough to ensure personal attention at every stage. Each variety is treated as an individual expression, vinified to highlight its unique character.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from valley-floor and hillside sites, crafted with extended maceration and French oak aging to build structure and complexity. The Syrah program brings a Northern Rhône sensibility to Napa Valley, emphasizing peppery spice, dark fruit, and savory notes. Sauvignon Blanc is vinified fresh and bright, providing a crisp counterpoint to the red wines. Together, the portfolio offers a well-rounded exploration of what the region can achieve.
