About CK Cellars at Torrey Ridge Winery

CK Cellars is the umbrella for a family winery operation halfway up the western shore of Seneca Lake, where Torrey Ridge Winery, Earle Estates Meadery and WortHog share a single site. The group also runs Rooster Hill Vineyards over on the eastern side of Keuka Lake.

The site sits in the heart of Amish country with Mennonite farms surrounding it, and the second floor tasting room balconies give one of the more panoramic views on this stretch of lake. The range deliberately spans the full sweetness spectrum, from New York native sweet wines and semi-sweet blends through to dry European vinifera grown in New York, on the principle that a good wine is simply a wine you like.

Visiting

Halfway between Geneva and Watkins Glen on the west side of Seneca Lake. There are two tasting rooms plus balconies and a patio, and picnic lunches are welcome, so it works well as a longer midday stop rather than a quick pour.

CK Cellars at Torrey Ridge Winery is a member of the Canandaigua Lake Wine Trail, which links wineries from Victor down through Canandaigua to Naples.
