About Copia Vineyards & Winery

Copia Vineyards & Winery at 1220 Peachy Canyon Road in Paso Robles takes its name from the Latin word for abundance, an apt description of the generous, sun-warmed fruit character that Paso Robles delivers to Grenache, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon from this Westside location. Founded in 2006, Copia farms estate vineyards on the western side of the Paso Robles appellation, where calcareous soils, elevation, and marine influence from the Pacific create growing conditions that balance the region's warmth with natural acidity and mineral character.

The estate program spans Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cabernet Sauvignoncovering the full range of warm-climate varieties that the Peachy Canyon Road terroir supports. Grenache is particularly well-suited to this Westside location, the calcareous limestone soils stress the vines appropriately and produce the mineral backbone that elevates Paso Robles Grenache from simple fruit weight to genuine complexity. The Cabernet program draws on the estate's better-drained benchland blocks for structure and aging potential.

Walk-ins are welcome daily from 11am to 5pm with a $15 tasting fee. The Peachy Canyon Road location puts Copia at the heart of Paso Robles' most celebrated Westside wine corridor, easily combined with visits to nearby producers including Tablas Creek, Adelaida, and other Westside estates.

"Copia is Westside Paso Robles abundance done right, estate Grenache and Rhône blends from calcareous soils that deliver genuine complexity alongside the warmth the region is known for."

Wine club membership and direct tasting appointments provide the most reliable access to the most limited estate productions. For visitors making the Peachy Canyon Road wine trail journey, Copia Vineyards is a rewarding and hospitable stop that delivers genuine Westside Paso Robles character.

In the Adelaida District, Copia proprietors Anita and Varinder Sahi pair flights with a seasonal menu that changes at least four times a year, often carrying East-influenced dishes that nod to their Indian heritage.

Copia Vineyards &Copia Vineyards & Winery is the most personally Latin-abundance-naming and Paso-Robles-Rhône-and-Bordeaux-dually-quality-committed walk-in appointment.
Bill and KathleenBill and Kathleen Davidson, whose Peachy Canyon Road Willow Creek District estate takes its name from the Latin 'copia' (abundance, plenty, prosperity, the most personally Latin-abundance-prosperity-declaring and most individually quality-and-generosity-philosophical wine brand naming approach available), established the most individually Latin-abundance-prosperity-naming and genuinely Davidson-family-warmly-conducted daily walk-in Paso Robles Rhône and Bordeaux appointment in 2006.
The Copia namingThe Copia naming declaration, invoking the Roman goddess Copia and the Latin concept of abundant prosperity to declare a wine program as personally Latin-abundance-generously-naming and most Rhône-Bordeaux-dually-quality-walk-in-accessible as any Willow Creek District boutique, creates the most individually Latin-prosperity-abundance-naming and personally Davidson-family-warmly-conducted Paso Robles walk-in boutique identity.
