About Cypher Winery
Cypher rose from the sale of Four Vines: when the edgy Zinfandel brand went to Purple Wine Company around 2010, founding partners including winemaker Christian Tietje kept the attitude and launched Cypher in Paso Robles, carrying forward the irreverent, tattoo-flash aesthetic with bold Zinfandel and Rhone blends bearing names like Heretic and Anarchy.
