About Cordant Winery
Cordant Winery was founded by David and DeAnn Taylor in Paso Robles to make the Pinot Noir and Rhone style wines they wanted in their own cellar. The house worked at about three thousand cases a year, drawn from sixteen to twenty vineyard sites spread across nearly two hundred miles of the Central Coast, from Monterey County south into Santa Barbara County.
The portfolio ran to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Rhone style wines, offered both as vineyard designates and as signature blends. Designate bottlings came from sites such as Coastview, Escolle, Wills Hills, Rolph and ENZ, and sat alongside the Maniacal GSM and the Resolution white Rhone blend. The address on file is 3310 Ramada Drive, Suite A, in Paso Robles.
The Taylors have retired. Their own announcement reads that after twelve wonderful years in Paso Robles they are officially retiring, with a final 2024 vintage, and remaining inventory offered at closeout pricing.
