About Corollary Wines
Corollary Wines is one of Oregon's only wineries dedicated entirely to traditional method sparkling wine. Jeanne Feldkamp and Dan Diephouse founded it in 2017, with a hilltop estate vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills above Amity.
The focus is narrow by design: sparkling made in the traditional method, from an estate site chosen for it. Visits are by appointment only.
