About David Girard Vineyards
David Girard planted Rhone conviction in the Coloma hills: the Placerville-area estate, founded by the attorney whose name it bears, devoted its terraced vineyards near the American River's gold-discovery country to Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Roussanne and their blends, earning a reputation as one of El Dorado's most serious Rhone programs.
