About Edio Vineyards at Delfino Farms
Edio is Apple Hill royalty gone vinous: the Delfino family, Camino orchard farmers for generations, planted vines on their historic farm and named the winery for patriarch Edio Delfino, pouring cool-climate El Dorado whites, roses and reds alongside the family's celebrated cider operation.
The orchard-country setting and next-generation energy made it one of the county's freshest stops. Apples raised it; grapes grew it up.
