Domaine Carneros combines a formal château setting with one of Napa Valley's most developed sparkling-wine hospitality programs. The estate sits above the Carneros hills, with a grand staircase, formal gardens, expansive terraces and broad vineyard views. The visual presentation feels celebratory, but the tasting remains grounded in the producer's méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines and estate Pinot Noir.
All tastings are seated and led by a wine professional. The Daily Tasting allows guests to choose a sparkling or still-wine flight and add food from an à la carte menu. Cheese, charcuterie, smoked salmon, caviar and vegan cheese provide more flexibility than a basic cracker plate. Elevated reservations can explore sabrage, sensory pairing, premium sparkling wines or a customized Carneros experience. The estate is restricted to guests age 21 and older, including infants and children. Reservations are required for everyone on the property.
