About Doi Da Winery
Đồi Đá ('rocky hill' in Vietnamese) is a small Napa Valley wine project launched by Cuong Pham, founder of the acclaimed Red Boat Fish Sauce, and his wife Ann. The couple purchased an 18-acre volcanic-soil property behind Signorello Vineyards in late 2021 and began replanting it as an estate vineyard in 2024.
Winemaking is overseen by Nova Cadamatre, MW, who selected the estate's Cabernet Sauvignon clones (4, 169, 685), its Cabernet Franc/Petit Verdot blending block, and its rootstock program. While estate fruit is still years from full production, Đồi Đá currently releases small-lot Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Oakville, Rutherford and Yountville vineyards.
