About Dubost Winery
Dubost is a family ranch winery in the Adelaida hills, where the Dubost family's homesteading roots in the old Adelaida community reach back generations. From ranch land off Peachy Canyon and Vineyard Drive country, the family produces small lots of Rhone and Zinfandel-based wines tied to their west-side ground.
The operation keeps ranching-family scale and manner, pouring for visitors who find their way into the folds of the Adelaida. Dubost is west Paso the way it was before the tour buses: a family, a ranch, and wine made from home dirt.
