About Emercy Wines
Emercy is the small Paso Robles label of Orion Stang, another winemaker who came up through mentorship with Torrin's Scott Hawley before striking out on his own. The project focuses on limited-production wines built with westside technique and a personal touch.
Like its mentor-tree siblings Nicora, Hubba and Kaleidos, Emercy represents the newest generation of Paso's founder-driven micro-wineries, where production is tiny, the winemaker pours, and every vintage is a personal statement. For visitors tracking the region's next generation, tasting through the mentor tree, Torrin first, then its proteges, makes one of Paso's most rewarding self-guided studies, and Emercy is a natural stop on that circuit.
