The succession is official, the old Four Brix domain now points to Fermentation House, and current event listings describe the site as the former Four Brix location, so travelers following older guides to Four Brix will find this door instead.
The broader fermented lineup makes it one of Ventura's most flexible group stops: wine drinkers, cider fans and the wine-averse all find a glass, and the live-music nights give the industrial-park address real energy.
