Gamble Estates

Gamble Estates is an Oakville winery rooted in one of Napa Valley's most prominent farming families. The Gamble family has been farming in Oakville since 1916, making them one of the longest-tenured agricultural families in the appellation. Their vineyards occupy prime benchland on the western side of the valley, where deep alluvial soils produce Cabernet Sauvignon of exceptional quality.

The estate Cabernet Sauvignon is classic Oakville, structured, complex, and age-worthy, with the characteristic dark fruit, dusty tannins, and mineral backbone that define the appellation. The Sauvignon Blanc, grown on the cooler eastern side of the estate, is crisp and aromatic, a welcome counterpoint to the rich red program. A century of farming expertise informs every viticultural decision, from rootstock selection to harvest timing.

Gamble Estates welcomes visitors by appointment at their Oakville property.
