Helwig Winery is the German-heritage family estate of the Helwig family — their surname placed on a Shenandoah Valley estate that has become one of Amador County's most event-oriented and visitor-welcoming wine destinations. The estate produces Zinfandel, Barbera, Grenache, Petite Sirah, and Tempranillo from Shenandoah Valley estate and purchased Amador County vineyard sources.
