About Holmberg Orchards & Winery
Holmberg is four generations of Gales Ferry fruit: the hillside orchard empire ferments its own apples, pears and berries into fruit wines and hard ciders, poured above a farm market that has anchored Route 12 since the 1930s. Orchard-view tastings and pick-your-own seasons keep the family operation a southeastern staple. The hillside that pours its harvest.
Current tasting hours are Daily 9am-6pm. Walk-ins welcome; reservations recommended. Wheelchair access is listed here; the winery can answer questions about your particular needs. Call ahead on (860) 464-7305 to confirm current hours and availability before making the drive.
