About Kristin Hill Winery
Kristin Hill Winery is one of Amity's longtime fixtures, founded by Eric and Linda Aberg at the crossroads of Highways 99W and 233 in the Eola-Amity Hills, and long known for its methode champenoise sparkling wines, a rarity among small Willamette producers of its era. In December 2017 the Abergs passed the estate to Dave and Briana Rasmussen, the winemaking family behind Vintyr and Purple Cow, who have carried the sparkling tradition forward.
The location makes it an effortless stop: if you are driving 99W past the Dundee Hills toward the coast, Kristin Hill is literally on the way. Oregon tasting rooms tend to be small and personal, and many close early in the week. Confirm current hours, tasting fees and reservation policies with the winery before you go.
