About Krupp Brothers
Krupp Brothers was founded by physician Dr. Jan Krupp and his brother Bart, who began developing vineyard land on Napa's rugged eastern hillsides in the 1990s. Their signature project was the 1,100-acre Stagecoach Vineyard on Atlas Peak, one of Napa Valley's largest single vineyards, which they built from raw, rocky terrain before selling the property to E. & J. Gallo in 2017.
Today the family's own winery operates from Hardman Lane, with a second, more casual tasting room in downtown Napa's Oxbow District. Winemaking still draws on Stagecoach-grown fruit, producing roughly 2,500 cases a year led by Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux varieties, alongside small-lot whites such as Chardonnay and Marsanne.
Krupp Brothers built the 1,100-acre Stagecoach Vineyard on Atlas Peak, then sold it to Gallo in 2017, and still sources fruit from it today.
