About La Fata Cellars
La Fata Cellars is the Italian-heritage label of Vito and Anna La Fata, an estate-vineyard family in Temecula since 2012 whose wine dream, first sketched on a notecard in 2009, opened as a tasting lounge in the historic Palomar Heritage Building in Old Town Temecula in early 2024. The brand is built on four pillars, Moments, Memories, Mission and Meaning, and on the Sicilian family philosophy of Tutti A Tavola, everyone to the table.
The wines bridge Temecula and the Santa Ynez Valley, with a wide list of reds and whites poured in a lounge designed for lingering: comfortable seating, Friday evenings when Vito and Anna themselves hold court, and regular blending parties, private events and in-home tastings. Reservations run through Tock, though the room also welcomes visitors throughout the week on a generous schedule.
In a significant step for the family, La Fata Cellars joined the McClain Cellars family of brands, a partnership with Jason and Sofia McClain that brings expanded production capacity and additional California locations while Vito and Anna continue to lead the Temecula lounge and its distinctly personal brand of hospitality.
