About LVVR Sparkling Cellars
LVVR Sparkling Cellars is a boutique Lodi winery devoted entirely to traditional-method sparkling wine. Owner and winemaker Eric Donaldson oversees every step in house, from grape selection to riddling and disgorging, using the same methode champenoise process behind the world's most celebrated sparklers.
Every bottle is produced within the Lodi appellation, with no part of the process outsourced. The sparkling wines are aged on the lees before disgorging, yielding the fine, persistent bubbles that only bottle fermentation can produce. Donaldson brings experience from Ohio, Sonoma County, and New Mexico, along with a UC Davis enology background, to a category still rare in Lodi.
The tasting room offers a focused, unusual experience for a region known for big reds, with outdoor seating and tours available. It is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking near the entrance.
