About Meadowcroft Wines

Meadowcroft Wines is the boutique label of Tom Meadowcroft, a winemaker whose journey began in Bordeaux in 1979 and wound through UC Davis and years managing prestigious Napa vineyards for names like Opus One, Duckhorn and Cakebread. In 1999 he bought a small vineyard on Napa's Mount Veeder and set out to make his own handcrafted, European-style wines; a 2008 Mt. Veeder Cabernet even landed on Wine Enthusiast's Top 100.

The result is a wide, vineyard-specific portfolio of small-lot wines from family-owned sites across Sonoma and Napa: district-designate Cabernets from Mt. Veeder, Oakville and Rutherford, plus Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, sparkling, a Port and unusual whites like French Colombard and Roussanne, some twenty wines across a few labels. The honeybee on the label reflects Tom's environmental ethos.

Meadowcroft pours from a relaxed tasting room in the CornerStone Sonoma gardens, a marketplace of shops, a Michelin-recognized restaurant and manicured gardens, open daily with indoor and patio seating, walk-ins welcome, and a hands-on Perfect Blend experience for those who want to craft their own bottle.
