About Messina Hof Winery
Founded in Bryan in 1977 by Paul and Merrill Bonarrigo, Messina Hof is one of Texas's oldest and best-known wineries. The original estate combines wine tasting with a restaurant, events, and The Villa bed-and-breakfast.
Messina Hof has expanded to additional Texas locations, but the Bryan estate remains the clearest expression of its history. The broad portfolio and full-service hospitality make it useful for visitors who want more than a tasting-room stop.
